New and Alumni Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year

****Please join us for our Open House on March 6th from 5-6:30 PM to learn more about our school and to connect with our teachers. We will also answer any registration questions!***

REGISTRATION Event:

This is an ONLINE event that is first come first served. 

Details:

  • Registration will take place ONLINE.

  • It will be first come, first served.

  • The links to the registration events below will not be active until their set times.

  • You will put each item you are interested in your cart (ex: AM3s class, Tuesday Blended Enrichment, Wednesday Lunch Bunch, and Thursday Lunch Bunch, for a total of 4 items) and go to “checkout”. You will pay the fees for all items you are registering for through our website. All fees are non-refundable.

  • Once you have “checked-out”, email the Registrar a copy of your child’s birth certificate (to verify identify and age—these are not saved) at registrar@cwcoop.org.

  • If the class you want is “sold out”, email the Registrar with you desired class(es) at registrar@cwcoop.org. All emails will be timestamped and that will be the order of the compiled waitlist.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO REGISTER

  • registration payment (non-refundable)

  • copy of your child’s legal birth certificate

PAYMENT DETAILS. All payments are non-refundable.

  • 2s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $175 total due

  • 3’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $190 total due

  • 4’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $210 total due

  • Blended Enrichment= $33/day

  • Lunch Bunch= $9/day
