Q: I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER DURING THE REGISTRATION EVENT. WHAT DO I DO?
A: You can call a board member who will complete the registration with you over the phone. Board members take no responsibility if you happen to get on the waitlist due to this action.

Q: HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MY COMPUTER WILL WORK PROPERLY?
A: The links to the registration events will go live at a set time. Try refreshing your web browser right on time.
Q: WHY ISN’T REGISTRATION IN PERSON?
A: Registering online is very convenient. Online seems to be the preferred method for most of our families and Board Members.
Q: CAN I REGISTER MY CHILD AND HER/HIS FRIEND AT THE SAME TIME?
A: School policy requires each family to register their own child(ren) or have a representative register their child(ren). In theory, you can register a child for a friend, as long as that was agreed upon before hand and is not done during the same transaction as your child. However, the final steps, such as birth certificates and payment must still be received after registering or that spot will be released.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS ON REGISTRATION NIGHT?
A: On your registration night and time go to the event link and complete registration for your desired class(es) and check-out.

A quickly as you are able, place the items into your ‘cart’ one-by-one. For a 2s, 3s, or 4s class, you will type in the most information (child’s full name, date of birth, parent name and contact information). If you want to add Blended Enrichment or Lunch Bunch, you add each day separately, but you’ll only enter your child’s name. In the check out process, you enter in your payment and billing information. If you are registering a new student to the school, email the Registrar a copy of your child’s birth certificate to registrar@cwcoop.org within 30 minutes.

A copy of your child(ren)’s legal birth certificate (this is not the Hospital Certificate of Birth). This document must be emailed to registrar@cwcoop.org within 30 minutes of completing registration or your spot will be released to another family.
Payment. All payments are non-refundable.
2s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $175 total due
3’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $190 total due
4’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $210 total due

Q: AS AN ALUMNI FAMILY, WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY ON REGISTRATION NIGHT?

Q: AS A RETURNING FAMILY, WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY ON REGISTRATION NIGHT?

If you are registering your returning student AND a new student, you will need the a copy of the new child(ren)’s legal birth certificate (this is not the Hospital Certificate of Birth). This document must be emailed to registrar@cwcoop.org within 30 minutes of completing registration or your spot will be released to another family.
q: Alumni and New Families register on the same day. What’s to stop a new family from registering during the alumni event?
A: If you are registering as an Alumni, you MUST submit the name of your alumni student (which we will check against our records to verify). If we cannot verify that you had an alumni student, we will reach out to inform you that your registration has been canceled and you can register during the New Family event.
Q: I’M A RETURNING FAMILY, WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER MY CHILD AT 6:00 PM on the 20th of february?
A: The event is open for several days. If you miss the beginning of registration, try registering as soon as you are able, even if it’s hours/a day later! This may result in you ending up on a waitlist, but the option will be there. You can also enlist the help of a friend or family member to register on your behalf.
Q: I’M AN ALUMNI FAMILY, WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER MY CHILD AT 6:00 AM on the 20th of march?
A: The Alumni event is open for 4 hours (6:00-10:00AM). Hopefully you are able to register in that time. If you miss the window, and the New Family registration event has not begun yet, you can email the Registrar at registrar@cwcoop.org. If the New Family registration event has already started, simply register through that event. Keep in mind, you can enlist the help of a friend or family member to register on you behalf as long as they have all necessary items to send/share.
Q: I’M A NEW FAMILY, WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER MY CHILD AT 6:00 PM on the 20th of march?
A: The event will be open for several days. Try registering as soon as you are able, even if it’s hours/a day later! This may result in you ending up on a waitlist, but the option will be there. If they event has closed by the time you get around to it, there will be a place to complete a registration inquiry on our website and our Registrar will reach out about placing you in a class or on a waitlist.
Q: I MISSED THE REGISTRATION EVENTS ENTIRELY, CAN I STILL REGISTER?
A: Yes! After the Registration events end, our registration will remain open. Simply fill out a registration form on our website at cwcoop.org or email our Registrar at registrar@cwcoop.org. We accept students onto our waitlist all year round.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT SEND MY CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF SUBMITTING and paying for MY REGISTRATION?
A: Your ‘ticket’ and spot will be released for another family to take.
Q: DO I NEED TO REGISTER AS A NEW PARENT IF WE HAD TO SKIP A YEAR (OR A FEW YEARS) OF ENROLLMENT?
A: For the 2025-2026 school year registration, preschool Alumni who were previously enrolled any time between September 2015-2024 can register before New Parents. Registration for Alumni families begins at 6:00 AM on March 20th, while it begins at 6:00PM for New Families. When, write the name of the Alumni student in the notes if that’s applicable to you.
Q: If all ‘tickets’ are sold for the class i want to register for, what do i do?
A: Email the Registrar at registrar@cwcoop.org as you as you discover this. In you email, say what class(es) you would like to be on the waitlist for. All emails will be timestamped, and the waitlist order will go according to that.
You can always register for one class and get on the waitlist for another.
Example: Susie wanted to register her daughter for an AM3s class, but it was sold out. There were spots in the PM3s class, so she got a ticket for that class AND send an email to the registrar asking for a spot in the AM3s class. If a spot opened up, Susie would get removed from PM3s and placed into AM3s.
Q: I’m a returning Family. Do I need to submit a copy of my child’s birth certificate?
A: No. We already verified your child’s birth certificate if she/he is a returning student. If you are a returning family who is registering a new student, you will need to submit a copy of that child’s birth certificate to the Registrar at registrar@cwcoop.org.
Q: I dont’ see the answer to my question anywhere. what should i do?
A: Please email the Registrar at registrar@cwcoop.org.
