What Happens After the Online Registration event on eventbrite?
If you get a classroom ‘ticket’, to complete your registration, you must:
Send a copy of your child’s birth certificate to the registrar and pay your registration fees
If you get a waitlist ‘ticket’, keep your fingers crossed! Movement does happen over summer, but we never know by how much.
When you are able to complete registration and get a classroom spot, there is not much to do until summer! Trust us, your spot is reserved!
In June or July, you will receive an email from the Executive Board President explaining next steps. These include:
Submitting immunization records
Selecting your family job preferences
Reading and understanding school related material, including the Parent Handbook and our Policies and Procedures
Submitting emergencies contacts, allergies, any pertinent info, etc. about your kiddo
You will not receive your child’s classroom placement until a couple weeks before school begins (due to the potential for changing rosters leading up to day one). But all our teachers are amazing! There will be a chance to hang with your classmates before the first day of school.
Attend the MANDATORY kid free Orientation on September 4th @ 6PM
What Happens After I register through the form on the website?
Once you submit the Registration Form on our website, our Registrar will reach out to you about availability for your desired class. If there is a position in the class you are interested in, the Registrar will make sure you know your next steps (deposit, sending birth certificate, signing up with Brightwheel account).

Is there anything I can do to connect with other Co-op families over Summer?
Yes! The Preschool playground is open to all our families during the summer on all days except Sundays. It is a great spot to have random and planned meet-ups!
We also have a couple city events where Co-op parents will be present. Feel free to find our booth and say ‘hi’! These include:
June 7th (First Friday: Unicorns, Rainbows, and Mythical Beasts)
July 28 (Picnic in Color)
August 2 (First Friday: Comic Con)
September 6 (First Friday: Celebrate Art)
We also have instagram and facebook accounts. Playdates may be posted there, so follow along!
