The CW Co-op has three (3) trimesters each school year lasting 11 weeks each. We charge tuition by trimester.

To calculate the full year’s tuition, simply multiply the trimester rate by 3.

 

Tuition Rates

2’s - Two Days a Week

Tuition: $455 per trimester

Applicable Classes:

AM 2s on Monday + Friday

3’s - Three Days a Week

Tuition: $625 per trimester

Applicable Classes:

AM 3s & PM 3s on Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday

4’s - Four Days a Week

Tuition: $795 per trimester

Applicable Classes:

AM 4s & PM 4s on Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday

BLENDED ENRICHMENT

TUITION: $340 PER TRIMESTER/DAy

Applicable Classes:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:30AM - 3:00PM

*You can be in 1, 2, 3, or 4 days of Blended Enrichment

*4 days of Blended Enrichment would total $1360 per trimester

LUNCH BUNCH:

Tuition: $88 PER TRIMESTER/day

Applicable Classes:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:30AM - 12:30 PM

*You can be in 1, 2, 3, or 4 days of Lunch Bunch

*4 days of Lunch Bunch would be $352 per trimester


Deposits & Fees

2s class: $155*

$105 registration + Supplies fee plus $50 tuition deposit (*non-refundable)

3s class: $170*

$120 registration + Supplies fee plus $50 tuition deposit (*non-refundable)

4s class: $190*

$140 registration + supplies fee plus $50 tuition deposit (*non-refundable)

blended enrichment: $30 PER day

$30 for each day enrolled (*non-refundable)

EXAMPLE: Register for Monday and Tuesday of Blended Enrichment, pay a $60 non-refundable deposit

Lunch bunch: $8 PER day

$8 FOR EACH DAY ENROLLED (*non-refundable)

EXAMPLE: Register for 4 days of Lunch Bunch, pay $32 non-refundable deposit

  • September 5, 2024

  • November 15, 2024

  • February 14, 2025


Tuition Policies

  • Tuition, deposits and fees are paid per enrolled student.

  • Tuition will be paid to the Treasurer three times during the school year (i.e. per trimester). Payment must be made on or before the due date as listed above.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, the child(ren) will not be able to attend class until payment is received. This could result in a $50 late fee.

  • Tuition will not be reduced in the event of a child’s absence from school due to illness or any other reason.

  • Families with two children enrolled at the same time receive a 10% discount off of the lowest tuition. Families having three (3) or more children will receive 10% off each additional child’s tuition. In this case, the discount will apply to the lowest tuition amount.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable and include student supplies.
